Default Which do you prefer

im just wanting to get some opinions on what you guys would rather do with your cars. show em or race em? i did the show car thing for a long time, about 2-3 shows a week id say. then kinda got outta that and got into going fast. now im kinda missing the car show thing. not really sure if i should change my goals for the car now? hmm

so what do yall prefer:

show

go

both

I'm all about go and not show. I really don't care how the thing looks as long as it can get me where I need to be quickly (recently my car has been letting me down).

Totally Go. I wash the car, paint looks new, but other than that, it's all about the go.

When I put it into small local shows, it always has a disclaimer that its a race car, not a show car.

Both. I really like the idea of all go. But when it comes to my car I just can't bring myself to drive something that I don't like to look at.

see i cant decide right now if i should start going more show or more all out "GO". right now its a 10sec car my goal was 9s on the stock motor but idk any more. i really miss doin car shows, especially the people. i used to love when people would oooh and aaaahh over my car. it was a really good feeling. i find myself waxxing my car once a month now just trying get that look again.

Dude, if you already have a 10sec. car I would say you have acheived the "go" factor. I would say go back to show.

I like both... But it's taking twice as long to get to my goals. So if you have the time or money, do both. If you want instant gratification Go Fast, if you want leisure fun with a true appreciation of your time money and work, Go Show.

I guess I didn't help much, lol.

More go than show. I'd rather have a fast car than a pretty car, but trust me, I'll spend the whole weekend washing, waxing, and detailing my car.
