sooo my stang won't start up and the check engine light is on. i pluged in m SCT an cames up witht these codes... it seems everytime my fueltank get to about 1/8th my stang won't start and when it does i have to baby the gas

P0316- didin't say what is was...
P1000- monitor check not comp.

then i cleared them and got
p1000 again
P1237- Fuel pump sec cir.

if anyone as any info or seggestion, please let m know.
