Now that I got my rear end all sorted out and on order, My next project is suspension and tires? Now for the tires I would like to go with drag radials, And on the suspension Im obviously going to use it to race. My budget is about 500-1000 for suspension and tires, Any help? thanks guys

you can get upper/lower control arms for around 200 bucks depending on where you look. FLSFC are about 100. 400~ for tires. 300 left for gears.

$300 for gears? he'll hafta get em installed too that's another $300 right there... and he'll most likely have to take the control arms and subframe connector to a shop to have installed also.

OP the sad truth is $1000 doesn't really get u very far with car mods. u can either go tires and gears for about $1000 if u want power, or u can go tires, subframe connectors, springs, and shocks/struts if u want suspension

Ya think? Having em all sitting in my room is a lot better than nothing. At least he will have everything there. He just has to get em installed.

I plan on doing uca/lca's with a buddy of mine, but subframe connectors your going to need to take to a shop with an experienced welder, and if you plan on doing some good ca's, you might as well have them weld up your tq. boxes while they're at it.

~$400 tires
get for sure: springs/shocks/sub frame connectors

drag racing: lca/uca
or
road racing: sway bar/ CC

hopefully you can work on your own car to save on labor costs
