Default quadrant and firewall adjuster

are they worth doing? how big of a change in the way it shifts also any improvement in quarter time? or just easy to make consistant or what? just trying to figure out what the deal with them is, anything you know please fill me in

as far as im concerned its nothing more than adjustability for personal preference

well the quadrant gets rid of the self adjusting one in the car, so then ucan adjust your pedal n stuff w/ your firewall adjuster

I've got both on mine and I love them. very easy to shift.

The firewall adjuster allows you to pick where in the travel of your clutch pedal your engagement point will be. The new quadrant simply keeps the clutch engagement firm and consistent because it the stock plastic piece which is prone to flex with a heavier clutch, is replaced with an aluminum piece.

With that being said, it was worth it for me.

dont mind where it sits not as far as adjustment, but the more firm consitant part seems nice... how big of a pain in the *** to install is it?

install is kinda a PITA bc u gotta get under the dash and sh*t.. IMO, i woulda been fine with teh stock quadrant/adjuster... i didnt notice a huge difference besides that i can adjust where it grabs

I guessing with a stock clutch you won't be amazed but if you have something with a little more grab it will make a big difference.

sweet cuz ima upgrading the clutch and tranny soon, and going lightened flywheel.

I have the UPR fire wall adjuster and Quad, I had them installed when the Spec Clutch and Alum Flywheel went in last summer. I love it. Shifts are on point! And the spot where your clutch engages stays where you want it. Its not a product designed for a higher performance, more to replace factory weakness.
