do i really have to port my heads to get 300hp thats with all bolt ons and high tech's

you should be at 300 with pi heads and ull bolt ons and stage 2 cams. you dont need ported heads.

You should be around 300 then, considering that you have a full exhaust, full bolt-on's, and a tuner that is pretty good.
