First one is stainless, second one isnt. both have stainless steel tips but one might have rolled tips and the other might have just regular angle cut tips.

Oh I see it now, thanks man. Doesnt really matter what the tips are. Angle doesn't look bad

MAC tips come rolled, not non-rolled. So you'll get rolled tips regardless of which one you buy.
