Exclamation Engine help!!

so my car has been running perfectly fine, and this morning all of a sudden between 2k and 3k rpms i noticed my car vibrating and this was causing me to be held back from accelerating. The exhaust makes a weird sound too. Once i get over 3k it goes back to normal. I had to take it to work tonight and on the way home my check engine light also popped on. Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this? What is causing this? Help!

Well go to autozone and get a diagnostics test, its free and it will tell you roughly what your problem is. Its a miss either in your sparkplugs and wires<--- i would bank on this, or your C.O.Ps. or another sensor somewhere went bad.

Have your codes checked and post the EXACT codes here.

Either spark, air, or fuel is off inbetween 2k and 3k RPMS.

How many miles on your car, what mods? What mechanical history does the car have? Daily driver? Has it ever sat for a while?
