Default Engine build update!

So, I got my shortblock back last week and took the mustang off the road on Monday. Since I don't have all the new parts yet I have been working on it a little bit at a time. As of right now the engine and trans are ready to be pulled, all I have to do is unbolt the trans and motor mounts. So far it hasn't been as hard I thought it would be. That is, except for that PITA power steering pump bolt. I heard a lot of people don't put the third bolt back in, any opinions on this? I meant to get some pics but my friends camera was in his car and his car was at the shop. I'll get some eventually.

Hmm I thought I posted this general discussion, but I guess not so mods please move it.

Tim, have you read up about the power steering bolt problem? If not, it is a pretty big pain. Its behind a hard line. You can either take the line out and have refill the system with fluid, or use a wrench and back the bolt out a little bit at a time. If you do it that way, you have to take the other 3 bolts out first so you can move the pump away from the block, otherwise the PITA bolt will hit the hard line while you are taking it out. I'm not sure what people do when they don't use it...they must just cut it off becaues otherwise you'll have to take the line out anyway...

The car is at my friends house so I won't be able to get pics until I go over there again. If you want a pic of the bolt, I doubt I will be able to get a good pic of it. Its pretty hidden

I have not driven my car since last August before I cracked my stock piston. It is killing me that my car is not done yet. From the looks for things it won't be done until end of July

I've been doing some reading for the rest of the swap and can't seem to find an answer. If I am reusing stock heads/cams, do I need to remove the cams to get the head off or can I just leave the cams in the heads...
