Is that for the minor or major rebuild? What all does it consist of?

Oh ok, and the major rebuild replaces the bearings, seals, and gears right?

 

i believe so i didnt ask about that, but i think when it gets to the point where you need new gears they give you 500 credit towards a brand new blower so i've heard. isnt your blower going bad too?

 

I'm not sure if its going bad or not. My friend says he thinks it is from the way it sounds, but there isn't any shaft play.

 

mine dosent have any shaft play either but it whines like crazy, heres a vid or how it sounded and a vid for the OP of it on the dyno:

holy **** lol. Mine definately does not sound like that. It has the higher pitched noise that I can kind of hear in the background of yours, but it doesnt have the sound thats like a winch pulling a cable lol

 

I also have another question, How did you guys get your cars to the dyno? Since I'm doing the L 90mm MAF and 42lb injectors will my car be able to drive the 3 miles or so to my tuner? I might be able to do some of the work at the tuning shop but I don't wanna do more than I have to over there.

 

Either have them send you a base chip, or drag it.

 

May just have one of my friends with a truck drag me there since it isn't far.
