Whatever you decide for wheels DO NOT drop down to 245 on a 9" wheel. When I bought my 18's the previous owner had 245's on them and they looked horrible. There was a huge gap between the wheel lip and tire edge...not to mention the wheel lip just sticks out unprotected waiting to eat some curb. If you are looking at dropping down from the 295's, I have 285's on my rears and am pretty happy with them.
I recommend just finding a nicely rated 18" tire and go for it. Most tire places will let you finance as well if you need to.
what about looking at discounttire.com and having them do all of the mounting and balancing plus they might have them in storage. I have gone through discount tire every time for my rubber
