The underglow CAN be pulled off depending on how you do it. The mod as a whole got killed because retards started to put it on there stock cars with a grocery cart handle wing.

Definately a ricer!!!!
The blue lights will get you ticketed here in Wv,especially on the front of the car.

Neons are another thing where a little goes a verrry long way.Personally,they give a car that "look at me,I'm special" kinda' thing.I don't like 'em at all so I don't really know how to use them without making a spectical out of yourself,and your car.Subtle improvements are the best way to go IMHO because they won't cause undo attention from the police or thieves.The persons who will be most impressed by the less apparent mods are the ones that know what to look or listen for.
BTW,It's easy to tell who the impressed people are,they're the people who will be laughing and pointing at the chrismas lights under the ricers.
