well if you want it to really shine wash, clay bar, polish, glaze, and wax i do this twice a year and before big car shows it helps if you have a buffer like a porter cable or flex with the polishing

This is what I do:

After you wash it, Use a Clay bar, Then polish, then wax.

I have used the Mothers 3 step process and it works great.

Remove using microfiber towels.

also dont buy cheap micro fibers that is the cause of alot of swirl marks

the wet obsession wax from obsessive detail is better than any wax you buy from an auto parts store, and i tried many of them. A lot of the over the counter wax aren't as durable, with the exception of Meguiar's NXT liquid wax, but that didn't give nearly enough depth and wetness the wet obsession did.

I saw some at Advanced, i think 3 for 7bucks or something, how do i know if they are good ones or not? should i take the pads too? you guys doing circles or streaks?

I haven't found a product from obsessive detail that I didn't like. I haven't used any of their stuff on my car now but I've used their stuff in the past on my other mustangs.

yea wet obsession is a pretty sick wax and if you watch the detailing section on here the owner of obsessive detail has it on sale every once in a while also if you metion mustang forums when you check out he will refund you 10% back
