Default Too good to be true??

Hey guys, ive got a question about a beautiful 97 GT I found.
It seems a little too good to be true but I'm not really sure I have no mustang knowledge pre S197(gob mobile)

It seems the hood, and wheels are worth more than that!

Get it, the wheels+hood+interior is worth the $2500 ;P

He may just need quick cash, the economy is bad, people need money, and a car is the first thing they sell. Go test drive it, listen to it, have it inspected.

Looks like a scam to me. The price is way too low. Also it has the horizontal tail lights like the 94-95 Mustang GT does, not the vertical lights like a 97 should. So that and the new paint tells me that it could be wrecked and have a salvage title, or he just took some random pics of a mustang.

I would be extremely wary of this.

Contact craigllist, flag the item, and walk away. I guarantee its a scam. I have been through this before a hald dozen times, and everytime it turns out it was a scam.

Ya...if your in the area...check it out...if not...Bounce. I traveled seven hours north past houston (im in harlingen) to check out a 01 GT. My wife and I just called in and jet straight up there because from 15 detailed pics was a mint GT for low price. Got there...then all excited went to check it out. Apparently the dude posted pics when he first got the car. Total TOOL! Paint was all chipped, dents, some hail damage...Interior pieces broken...mach speakers gone...wtf...no need to go on. Though i still test drove it just to rag out my aggression.

could be a scam, that is quite the car for that money, the rims+hood+bumpers and that wing are all worth more than the car, but let us know!

The ad states that he just wants someone else to have it because he has several.
Uh huh.
