Power Improvement. Refers to the second generation 4.6 SOHC heads. 99-04 Mustang GT.

i have a 2000 mustang gt is there any difference in the motor in that from the 04 one ?

Well you might still have the plastic style crossover on your intake, thats bad. And I believe early year cars were Romeo motors, and newer cars were Windsor. Some minor differences here and there... (cam girdle vs cam caps...etc...)
