found a head unit for $450. thats a m112 eaton correct? what will i gain on that if i put it on my motor. worth the money? will have all forged internals etc, a built motor.

 

i'm only going for 500hp, maybe a little more. will that get me there?

 

99% of ppl say its a waste.... you would have to get the 03/04 cobra heads and intake and timing cover and the supercharger i believe....... but you can get a vortech kit that makes more hp then eaton anyways for about 2800 new and if u look at the pipes boost juice forum then u can get a kit for about 1500$

 

alright. i'll pass then. was planning on getting '03 heads ported with intake ported as well charged on a forged block. but it vorech will get me more. going that way.

 

well, tork tek makes an intake manifold kit to use the eaton, but for the price vs performance, you are better off using a vortech kit or similar. The shop I had do my gears told me he could order the vortech kit for 2300$. So, think about it, its a pretty cheap way to go really.

A.T.I. Procharger P1SC supercharger, 10lbs. with 3 core air to air intercooler. Brackes and plumbing...found this for 1000. that would be more my taste wouldn't you say?
