just curious, how to the welds look? are they quality? i weld for a living so im really picky, plus that could make a good part vs a bad part, as long as they dont use crap metal and the welds are good it will be a quality part.

lol oops, 600ish forgot i read that days ago lol. i just got around to looking at the MM stuff today 1725ish for the kmember coilover kit. i would say thats a bit cheeper. but i dont quite get what you mean you said it came with the coilover kit? but its a cheep kit? not sure what you were refering to when you said dont need a expensive kit until she worries about ride quality? does that mean a totally different set up? or an upgrade from GMS?

They are not real coil overs. They are an aluminum sleave that slides onto the stock strut. The MM/QA1 coilovers have threads machined into the strut which makes it part of the strut. If you want the best performance pay the extra. I liked the price to test them out since it's my wifes car. As a secondary driver of her car i've already told her we are buying real coil overs over the winter. It's not a bad ride but the bearing is squeaky and annoying whenever you turn.

sounds like fun. i hope i get lucky with no squeaky things...i know somtimes its the price of performance but driving through town its like everyone staring at you going fix your dam car!!! lol if i have the money im going to try the MM kit, if i cant swing that big ill try your set up with the recommended real coilovers sounds like ill have to go with a Q1A or the MM kit for that anyway?? im assuming GMS doesnt sell and accutual coilover?

They can upgrade the kit to QA1's but it's soo much cheaper to go through their retailer.
