Default odd request/ supercharger help

Hey guys, maybe you can help.

I know its not a mustang but i figured if any body would know you guys would.

I have a 240sx with a infinity q45 4.5 liter v8 stuffed in, i recently purchased a vortech v2 off of a 4.6 02 stang and am in the process of custom making the brackets for it, and was hoping you guys could point me in the direction for pulley size to reach my goal of 6-8 psi.

specs on the motor are
4.5 l v8 with 4v dohc
crank pulley 6.5 inches, it has the usual intake headers and dual 3 inch exhaust with xpipe.

motor currently makes 285 whp with a 7000rpm redline, do you guys have any idea and or point me in the right direction to figure the upper pulley size?

heres some pics and my dyno chart if it helps

dyno sheet

thanks for looking

A 3.60" pulley usually makes 7-8 psi on a 4.6L non-intercooled. I would imagine around there or a 3.33" will be right.

Nice car BTW.

I'm not sure what the crank pulley size on the mustangs are but 3.6 is correct if they are the same. Very nice setup there.

well i thought i should update this, took the car for a ride tonight, left on the pulley that came with it (3.6 inch) and it hit 8 psi a few times and once 9 psi, at 7000rpm. id like to be at 6-7 for now till i can get the tuning sorted out, what do you guys recomend.

Thanks in advance

Heres some pics of the finished product

That's a weird intake. I thought it was FWD, then saw the valve covers and was like WTF?

And does that have any other accessories on it? All I see is the crank pulley, s/c, and water pump. No alternator? Unless it's hidden like most import cars, crammed somewhere where it's a PITA to get at.
