I have been talking to a bunch of guys around my town and this annoying ***** in an evo keeps talking crap. so i wanna shut him up.i feel id have enough time over the winter to work on it. his car is an 06 evo with full exhaust an intake and upgraded front mount intercooler. i have a 01 mustang gt with intake,exhaust,pullys and 4.10 gears what else could i get to know i would smoke him. im not looking for anything big like a supercharger cause i dont have that much money to spend but i will have around 2000 or so to mess around with.

Well if you have all winter to build it, then 2k would be enough for a s/c setup. Read the $1500 s/c sticky.

OR just throw a 100 shot on it, some stickies and a couple well placed suspension mods and drive the ***** off of it.

$500 for a used nitrous setup, $1500 in suspension and tires. Whats the point of all that power if you cant use it? And we all know the Evo can put all of its power to the ground.

+1...even with just drag radials and a 100 shot you'll rape him!

As it is now it should be fairly close if you can drive and have sticky tires.

lol i doubt its even "fairly close" now. that evos got more power than he does and a MUCH better launch assuming the kid can drive.

nitrous, tires, and some suspension mods is your cheapest bet.
