pipe bending?
Ok kinda a wierd question, are all the turbo kits mandrel bent? or stright bent like an exhaust shop? and if they are mandrel can they be bent the otherway without any problems? because im thinking im a welder fabricator, i might just make the dam thing, saves me 3500 over hellion in just pipe that im pretty sure i could make for way less. Just a thought. anyone know?

pretty sure they are all mandrel bent...
But you could still piece your kit together... summit/jegs sells mandrel bent tubing for a reasonable price. You would just have to figure out what degree bends and how many you would need to be able to order it and put it together.

Mandrel bent or go home. You, being a fabricator, should know the effects of regular bent exhaust piping. I mean crush bends arent the best for flow and you dont want any restrictions in your intake cus that will take make your setup inefficient. So i wouldnt do the straight bent tubes. Get them mandrel bent. Or bend it up with crush bent stuff and then get someone to madrel bend the stuff for you and you'll still be ahead of the game.

or you could do it tim's way...lol that sounds better to me. do it half and half of both tims. Thats right im a Tim as well. bend it yourself and then you can order what you need from the dimensions that you got from the stuff you bent.

i figured as much, i know crush bent doesnt flow as well. i was just hoping, because otherwise im left with pretty much what you guys said pre fab with crush bent, or know what i need and order the mandrel bent. Stuffs expensive tho, lol that why i was hoping, its like 60 bucks a bend or more.... in anycase, anyone know what type and thickness hellion uses? dont get me wrong id love a turbo kit from them, but who has 8 grand for a twin turbo kit...my motor and tranny wont even cost that...

I dont know what thickness they use, but id just get the single turbo kit and call it a day for now. 450rwhp or so for now then upgrade the turbo later and get bigger injectors and fuel pumps for more power.
