cause the guy i bought it from his best time was a 9.7 and he let his friend take it down the track cause he couldnt get a better time and he ran the same thing so i got 9.5 and thought i was doin good haha but i could only launch at 2500 cause i was spinning but it may be cause of the vacuum leak that no one has helped me with an anwser on yet (cough) lol

I was pretty consistent that night running 9.3-9.4's with a 60 foot of 2.2-2.3 I think. It was in the beginning of the summer so I dont really remember exact numbers, id have to look for the slips for exact details. I wanna say 76mph ish. It was my first time to the track and I do remember just dumping the clutch every time for whatever reason. So im sure I could have squeezed out better times with a better launch.

in order of importance:

supercharger
gears
exhaust
short throw shifter

anything else, i wouldnt mess with....not talking about chassis/suspension stuff...but thats a whole other topic

i wouldnt really mess with bolt ons...you wont see any gains from them to justify the cost...atleast on a stock motor you wont

Plenum might be a decent choice too with the supercharger in place, dont you think??? And might want to do the whole built rear and suspension with the gears to plant the horsepower upon command.

Yea I got me a set of track rims now and am in the process of burning off the new tires that came with the rims. So when summer time rolls around I can have me a nice set of DR's or maybe slicks for the track.

exactly^ tires and suspension are just as important though do don't forget about them as, well MGW makes an awesome short throw shifter, most supercharger kits are safe to run on your car, it's the PSI you run that makes it dangerous, gears are gears, they won't kill your gas mileage unless you don't know how to drive like a normal person

Before you get fast, get brakes!!!!! I have many bolt-ons and I would never think of making more power without getting a good front-end rotor and caliper setup. You've got to stop reliably.
