New injectors

New injectors
just got a fresh rebuild put together for my car....2v w/pi heads. Long tubes, CAI, upper plenum, and typhoon intake... The question is that i would like to go with a little bigger injectors so does anyone know what those cars come with from the factory? (injector size). and what size do you think i should bump up to?

The orange OEM injectors are rated for 19 lb/h, the pink (lavender according to Ford) used in some late '02, and '03 and '04 MY, are rated for 21 lb/h.
The 19s are pretty much tapped out, at 90%+ duty cycle, by 260 HP at the flywheel; the 21s can support 290 fwHP at 90% d/c--this gives a bit of an edge to the later MY engines running bolt-ons.
My advice is that if you have the 19s (orange) they definitely need to go, to save some $$ get a set of 21s from eBay or a bone yard, otherwise get a set of 24 lb/h units.
They will support 330 fwHP which is about as high as you can go n/a without radical cams and higher compression ratios...
