Default 97' Cobra SVT Cobra w/vorteq. NEED ADVICE

Hey whats up guys. I am in the market to purchase an SVT mustang, and i came across this one.

It is a 97 SVT cobra w/vortech s/c. Car has only 23k miles. Has a fully caged interior, and racing seats, and suspension. PROBLEM: Car was once stolen and most likely has a salvage title. What should i be expecting to pay for this car? Car was recovered with only a stolen Disc player.

ALSO: I am new to mustangs, and am wondering if anything (negative) should be expected with this car. Thanks for any help, and i hope to be driving this car in my near future.

5-7k also depends on if the owner built it with forged internals or if it's a ticking time bomb.

Its more than likely a ticking time bomb. It was running a little rich as well. How much would forged internals, and a good tune cost me? Im located in the OC Irvine area. I would prefer someone who knows what they are doing. Its crazy because im not a ford guy, but i fell in love with this thing when i drove it.

MMR has a forged rotating assembly which is the same thing found in their MMR 800 motor that runs $1649. A tune would probably run you around $300-500. You could do a search yourself for finding a shop closest to you.
