shootin for 12.9!! any tips?
i think atco stays open as long as the weather is good so maybe they will b open for a while..who knows. i never know what to get for my car...first i wasnt gettin good 60s but i would trapp a decent speed now i cut some pretty good 60s but cant get the mph i want or make the power! can never win haha
we were slow at work so i stopped by for a little, you guys were leaving when i was heading to my car and wasnt about to go crazy to stop you haha. Nice cars though. Im trying to get a day off so i can get a day in. Need to find out what my rpm is at the end of the track with my mt's so i can buy the right gear.
I want the car to be as ready as it can so when i graduate and get a full time job all i need to do is drop in an engine, power adder, trans and then make some real power. So until then it will most likely be n/a 2v. 4000+ for a s/c on a stock block and trans doesnt make sense to me... sooo...
Im going ricer, looking now but by march im trying to find a 240 that i can pick up for road corse, drifting, autocross, beating the **** out of. although i love going in a straight line ive been wanting to start racing and need something i dont care about as much. i see the money being better spent with this new project.

Yea, im building for power right now...but probably wont have the power for a while yet. Looking at doing the full suspension(LCA's, torque arm, watts link) with built rear by the end of summer next year and probably a light bar and wheels soon there after. Followed by a MM k member and all that jazz. And then when thats all said and done, tranny time. followed there after by a new rotating assembly and heads/cams, then power adder. So power is last on the list. gotta do it right so you start out with supporting mods first...then add the power later. Im just looking for a beater fox body to drop a 347 into for a beater. Something that can be done for cheap but still be pretty sweet. and i dont want it to look good either. that way when i bump into a curb or a light pole i dont care about it. Something i can afford to act dumb in. lol
i assume so, saw a blue new edge with v6 rear wheels and mt's and an srt4 together, put 2 and 2 together. I came home and saw this thread and decided to head over and see what was goin on. I was excited to finally see what black chrome looks like on a black car with that newer shelby gt there.
there was one racing, i didnt expect the dirtbike race at all when pulling up. i bet you were pissed when you saw some of the ricers racing that took your spot haha. there was an rsx type gay that did a 30 second burn out with one wheel spinning and the engine was just pegging off the limiter the whole time. He must of thought he was too cool haha. you were better off not running with how many races they had goin on though.
damn ricers didnt deserve a spot haha. i think i know the rsx ur talkin about..i saw him make a pass and he just dumped the clutch at like 8k hahah that thing was wheel hoppin so bad i thought somethin was gona break. and of course hes cool...i mean my burnouts are usually a whole minute long!
