Well since OP has experience with the TFS heads, he should build a single 76mm turbo car with 9-9.2:1 compression, TFS heads, CMS stage 3 turbo cams, edelbrock intake manifold, etc. Turbo cars are so much fun!!! When you mash the gas, they give you a split second to get her to hook and then the boost hits and youre outta there!!! I got a ride once in my buddy's 00 GT with the single 76mm turbo and he was running 682rwhp i believe with N/A grind comp cams and that mother was a fun ride!!! Never felt anything like it!!! But with kenne bell coming out with a new 3.6L blower, might wanna see if there is some way of retro-fitting one of those to a 2v and see how that fairs out

Edit: OP being an auto is another reason to go with the turbo because you wont have boost drop-off like you would with a manual and will be getting all boost all the time after the split second spool time.

its gonna be for the gt500 and ford gt 5.4 motors

 

+1 ive driven my friends TT300zx its running 30#'s of boost. Oh my god! haha its so sick when they spool it gets wheel hop at 60mph its nuts.

if $$$ is not a problem, then do a 4v turbo. ive rode in both supercharged and turboed, and tha turbo to me was way more awesome. hell,... id take either right bout now! just my $.02 ! keep us posted either way you go, sounds like your about to have sum fun!

Haha yea, thats what i say. Throw a single turbo on the same built old motor...minus the stroker. big bore block, ported TFS heads, 200 shot, single turbo, and everything else.

i don't understand why you didn't just change up the 03 you already had.

IMO you should leave the 03 alone as a DD and build a monster out of another platform.

 

how about thsi: LSX, heads, cam, big shot, built auto, etc. = 9's
