Hmmm something cool my brother owned an 04GT yellow with black leather interior and it had a yellow leather shifter boot, yellow leather center console top, and the seats were yellow leather where the blue is on those and the pony's were just yellow stictching, the coolest interior I have ever seen and I didn't get any pics before he totled it damnit

 

having an interior like that would be sick. 2 toned leather seats are classy.

 

Another thing you can do if you know what dealer sold it new You can call them and ask them if they sent it out to get that done or if it came from Ford that way.
They probably still have records of selling that car. But in a few years I'm sure they will discard any info they might have
