Good point, it's 30 year old woman selling it, she bought it in June thinking it would be a fun car, but has changed her mind now that it's January in Wisconsin and her only car.

She's probably still running the summer tires, getting stuck and sliding around corners.

sounds like a good deal to me. I got mine for $6500 with 78000 miles and it was absolutely spotless. Also owned by a woman but she was only in her 20's i would say.

looks decent. i picked up my 04 GT 5 speed with 32K mi on it for $8k not too long ago.

just look it over, it seems fairly stock so it wasn't tinkered with. thats why i bought mine, had only 1.25" drop, CAI, and catback. adult owned never driven in winter.

depends on what you want. having mine being my first manual car, i would never buy a auto mustang...JMO

I would just say find out how she was on the maintenance and see if its been taken care of well. If she just changed the oil a week before putting it up for sale and the brakes need to be changed you might start running into problems sooner that you want.

And I agree w Smitty2919 on the manual aspect... plus if the trany ever needs work a manual is much cheaper to fix.

Sounds like a good deal. One question, why do you want an auto?

All my previous mustangs were manuals I do a lot of stop and start driving and just get really sick of shifting. I will also be racing in a street class in the summer and need the consistency of an automatic.
