Exclamation Apexcone Raptor HID Kit problem

Hey guys!
I just installed Apexcone Raptor HID Kit in my car and I have problem with HI/LOW beam.

The HI beam light is slightly glowing on my instrument panel when I just turn my headlights on. When I swith to high beam I can barely see difference, I could notice that the beam goes down just a little bit, but I can only see it when I parked right next to wall.

When I drive I am afraid that I have High Beam turned on by default and switching from the car won't make any difference on the road.

Any ideas???

P.S. the kit is really plug and play and I don't think you can screw something up

If you bought the Hi/low then something is not installed right

I am not sure how is it possible to plug it wrong. All connectors are curtain shape, you can plug two different connectors.

Another thing seems to be suspicious is that the ballast say 55w, however I ordered 35w kit from them and relay says 35w.

Means you lights are upside down in the housing. Post pictures of the dash.

The lights are not upside down. I tried to fit them other way - they would not fit.

Did you just receive the kit? I ordered my 35w hid's from them two weeks ago and still haven't received them due to backorder. They supposedly shipped Friday but the site is terrible when it comes to letting you know the status of your order.

It takes some wiggling. There are 3 different ways the lights can sit in the housing. When you turn your brights on and they get more intense upside down that means that they are upside down. Happened to me. It took me 20 minutes for it to work properly.
