There is a road that connects two freeways together here in the Bay Area, and in 2008 they made it illegal to drive big rigs on it. Now a cop posts it somewhere waiting for semi drivers to pass through and gives them tickets. Anyone from the East Bay will know that Rosetti patrols that road like a hawk. Fffing gay....

Anyways, op +1 on getting a smog tune, that's what I plan on doing when I get LT's.

http://www.americanmuscle.com/1999-2...ted-xpipe.html

Aftermarket midpipe that can be used in emission inspection states. Same midpipe that I run and my car passes with flying colors here in PA.

Shorty headers with an o/r pipe sounds pretty nice though

False. CA made a law recently that prohibits ANY and ALL high flow or aftermarket cats.

Furthermore, technicially ANY modification on a car can be considered illegal. I knew someone with a stock looking 240 with wheels and a muffler that got a ticket for the muffler, even though it was below the DB standard, and wasn't illegal. The cop told him any modification is illegal.

If they want to be dicks, they can.

I have a buddy that knows a guy that passes his 93 cobra woth LTs every two years. If you live in the LA area I can give you his number and he can hook u up. I actually had LT's b4 I knew the dude like 2 years ago but didnt put em on because of me not knowing anyone to pass for me. Cali cops are ******** anyway. Matter of fact, I have to change out my x-pipe for the stock h b4 next month
