either way they are loud. BUT...
with catted mid pipes, they are not AS loud. Especially at cruising speeds. When your on it, expect to be getting the attention of everyone within a mile radius.

With a stock mid pipe they should sound great. Also, look into SSS Terminators if you like it really loud, but with a nice deep tone.

Here's an idea...run straight pipes...same thing

Lol

but for real....I can't believe people really waste their money on delete pipes......I mean...If you REALLY like teh sound of straight pipes...why on earth would you spend that copious amount of money on an SLP LM system?

a muffler shop can do the work for you for a HECK of a lot cheaper...

Yeah its loud, but if you have a 5 speed you can tame it. My 16 month old daughter will fall asleep in the back seat, when shes with me at times. So you can keep it fairly quiet if you must.

LM1 with your stock midpipe, LM2 with an o/r midpipe. Been there, done both. Another option with an o/r pipe is the Powerflo's, but they were a little too quiet for me and they fit kinda weird (yes, I've had all 3 of SLP's mufflers in one combination or another, my favorite being what's listed in my sig).

Z28KLR, you still got your powerflo mufflers??? Could you put them on with your o/r x pipe and make a clip??? I'd love to hear a 2v with the powerflo's. only ever heard them with a 4v.

And does this sound like a GT or a 4v???

Cus that would be what i want my car to sound like cus that sounds badass and its racey but not obnoxious. But i have a feeling that its a 4v. sounds too smooth to be a 2v.
