Default Exhaust tips do not stick out far enough

I have the flowmaster american thunder catback on my gt and I love it but I am not liking the tips to much I do not think they stick out far enough for me. I do not want them to stick out five inches but I want them to be noticeable, I am thinking of getting some rolled angle cut tips but I am not sure how long of tips to get and what brand, I am also not sure how many inches they should be past the bumper. The flowmaster tips are about 12-13 inches so how long of tips should I get? also I do not want to get a magnaflow, pype or slp tip as I am running flowmaster and do not want a tip that says somethin else.

Here are some pics of my tips so you can see what I am talking about

Damn those tips look stock. You know you could always get the SLP or magnaflow tips and then gently wetsand the logo off and then repolish it...

If you take your rear bumper off, your exhaust tips will stick out much farther.

I love my tips. SS double walled slp style tips. They don't say slp on it though

Get a set of SSS exhaust tips. They look awesome (they don't say SSS either) and are only $60 per tip.

I say just go with a set of rolled "Flowmaster" tips to match your catback.

Mrsinister, what tips are you running??? I want a set BAD!!! BTW, you should just loosen the bolts where the tailpipes meet the mufflers and move the tailpipes back a slight bit and retighten. That will solve your problems of them not sticking out far enough. And yes they are stock diameter tips. I think flowmaster was trying to give the sleeper look...but who wants that anymore??? lol

Flowmaster rolled tips are only 12 inches so I would have the same problem
