Question BBK vs. JLT

Hey guys, i have a BBK CAI on my stock GT right now and im considering a change. I was wondering if any of u have the JLT Ram Air Intake, and if i would see any differences with it. thanks

No you won't see a differance, just like u didn't see a diff from stock to Bbk

yea there is really no difference... the bbk's are good cai's but all cai's do the same... nothing!
well maybe a little but nothing u will notice

And the JLT will not fit for **** lol. I felt no difference on a 4v if that tells you anything. Mine is the CAI though not the RAI.

Yea there is really no difference between intakes. Just try to get a good filter.

drop the K&N in so you dont have to buy a Air filter again and call it a day. My gas increased just a sliver , It would increase from a sliver to a stick but I have a heavy foot. one plus on getting the gears ! you think you have a new car with them mane ! If you want it for engine decor just buy a 59.99 ebay kit and then throw the K&N on.

Yeah, you won't see a difference, believe me, save your money and buy something useful like SFC's or gears.

Well i think that he might feel a difference going from the metal intake pipe to a plastic version like the JLT simply because the plastic would be less prone to heat soak like the bbk would...but thats nominal. The only reason i went with JLT is because i liked the look and the fact that you could get it color matched to the car. If i had to do it over again, i'd be getting the RAI though so i wouldnt have to worry about sucking up water anymore.
