The IAC is fine, i unpluged it and the motor stalled... but i unpluged the Fuel Pressure Sensor both electrical and vacuum pulgs and the motor didn't do a thing... should it do that or would the sensor only react when i'm driving?

I have no idea how or whether the engine would react to unplugging the FRP sensor, it's not a standard diagnostic test that I can find in the shop manual--this often indicates that it's not an effective diagnostic action.

Here are the tests for the FRP sensor, from the '03 shop manual:

It might be worth changing it (the FRP) out, you've checked just about everthing else.

Thanks man I really appreciate it, I will have to get my meter out and check the voltage on the FRP i'm hoping it's that and not the fuel pump
