I have been searching around and cant find a link. It was to AllFordMustangs about a tech article on how to replace the rear springs step by step.

i think this was a fairly recent post in some thread but i cant find it...anyone happen to know what im talking about and can post it?? it had explanation along with pics.

thanks for any help guys!

thanks huey..the one im talking about seems easier. you didnt have to remove the sway bar but to undo both the shock/quad shock i believe then drop down the whole rear axle supported by only a jack at the dogbone.

anybody know what i'm talking about?

if you can indeed have the car on a lift via the frame, jack up under the dogbone to relieve stress on shock bolts, remove both the quad shock from the frame and the main shock from the axel, pull out springs then reverse process let me know.

it's always nice to see pics with steps
