Default sct x3 help

Hey I have had this thing for a while and I started messing with the shift points a little bit to see what I like the most. Does anyone have experience with doing this and which set up they like the best. any help or suggestions would be great so I have a good base to deviate from instead of guessing and trying.

Thanks

I wanted a 5 spd trust me...but I got this car for an absolute steal. i paid 8k for it 2 years ago!! it was bone stock with 65k miles and looked brand new. I couldnt pass it up compared to all the other mustangs i was looking at it was the hands down winner. I need to get some pics of her on here. Kinda dinged up ATM because of ####ing on street parking at my last place but I have a drive way now and body work coming very soon to make her perfect again.
