Default Need help!

I did a PI head upgrade a few months back and now all of sudden I have an arcing that is going between the front timing cover and the crank pulley. I have looked for broken wires, bad plug wires , changed coils, etc, etc, anybody got any brilliant ideas?

Can you got into a little more detail about the arcing? Can you actually see the arc or is someone telling you that. I just am wondering how that would even be possible.

do you have a ground attached to your motor? You need to ground your motor to the chassis.

I have changed the cam, crank sensors added an additional grounding strap but still the arcing persist and yes it is clearly visible. it is arcing about every two seconds. I have taken a grounding strap and when i touch the crank pulley the arcing stops. I have tried grounding other parts of the block, timing cover etc but the arcing only stops when I touch the crank pulley.

How is you ground from the block/frame to the battery?
