Default EGR Delete Question

Once I block off the throttle body and cap the hole in the header what do I do with the vacuum line and wiring harness that connects to the egr tube?

What all do I have to cut out? The harness runs from the egr tube to the throttle body and then I dont know where.. I dont want to cut out something important.

its looking cleaner, you actually lose a bit of gas mileage during normal driving. There is no performance gain since its closed under WOT. So the only performance gains would be the weight lose i guess.

Oh, less carbon build up over time too? not sure on that though.
