Default Need help, serious updates coming

I have a 2000 Mustang GT. I have a cracked front bumper, and want a new hood considering my car never came with the scoop that the 01's have.

In a nutshell, I want the front look that this guy has

1. That is a 2003-2004 cobra bumper, right?
2. If I buy this bumper, is Ebay a safe place to get it instead of paying 500 some odd dollars?

3. If everything is good up to this point, can I buy these? Will these be able to plug and replace into my existing oval-like foglights without any problems?

4. Are the headlights that the mustang in the picture has BLACK SMOKED without ambers? Or are they the smoked OE lights?
5. So everyone seems to be wondering what kind of hood this guy has... is it this???

I figure it must be, because the cowl hood offered by American Muscle is barely even raised.

THANK YOU GUYS

The hood in the pic is a little different than the one in the link. I'd go with an HO Fibertrends 4" cowl hood since you want that big front end look. And then the front bumper...if you get the cobra bumper, you'll need the chin spoiler, fog light bezels, fog lights, install hardware, 03 cobra grill, and some other things i can think of right now. But Pershings on ebay is usually a pretty good place to buy one from though. And you can buy them painted from them to your stock color code as well.

I do like that look don't get me wrong. And I agree +1 for what tj said. But I know for me (everyone is different) what i'd go with: a Roush bumper.... just something different ya know. Plus im a Roush kinda guy so that prob why lol. And i'd put a stock OEM cobra hood on.

I will admit that buying an 03 cobra bumper is a bit of an undertaking and i have probably close to a grand just in the bumper alone. If i had to do it over again, i think i would have just gotten a stock GT bumper and called it a day.

Not enough.

Idk, I'm looking at the link to that hood, and that looks like the exact hood to me.

Why can't you just buy the hood and the foglight mounting accessories? What grille? I don't see any grille available.

Also, if I bought it painted, it wouldn't match I don't think. My car's paint is obviously slightly sunfaded after 10 years.

HOW in god's name do you have close to a grand spent?
The bumper by itself with no accessories is 250 shipped, 100 painted. (at my shop)
The rest is minimal, 100 for lights, and another hundred for the mounting accessories.
