Default Fuel Pump ?

I recently bought a foucs fuel pump, or so I think. I am trying to cross reference it to make sure it is in fact an SVT pump. I called the local auto parts store and ford dealership and they could not tell me anything about it. I found 1 post in a focus forum that said it was the right part number, then someone on here said that it had to have a green top on it, which it does not. Any help is appreciated.

Here is the part number if anyone can help.

I'm not sure. Is there any other identification on it? You may have to call the manufacturer. Is it a motorcraft product? Or is it an aftermarket Focus pump?

If it is indeed a true focus pump it will have a green top.

Yesterday I tried a Ford tech hotline and they too could not provide me with any usefull information. I guess I will start shopping again, this time for one with a green top.

When I did my initial search in yahoo a message forum for a Ford focus st club came up. This club is based out of South Africa. It shows that the pump flows 255lph. This could explain why none of the US ford people could find a print. Are there shops that can test the pump?
