Default Any word on Stack Racing?

Once I return from this God forsaken land, I plan on doing a couple car shows that happen now and again around the Fort. I really want to dress up the engine compartment that's why I decided to pay the extra couple hundred bucks for the polished version of the Vortech. I really like my Mac TB and C&L plenum but they are not polished so I'm gonna get rid of them when I get home. I was all set on buying the Accufab 75MM TB and plenum setup, until I say the Stack Racing combo on AM. I just wanted to know if any of you guys heard any thing negative about Stack Racing? Once again thanks for the help...

I don't think they've been out long enough to have many reviews.

Yeah anything I have heard about them is just little dress up things, I dunno about the quality of the t/b or plenum, best thing you could do is give it a shot and let us know lol.

Maybe just have your existing tb & plenum painted or powdercoated. The Accufab stuff does look nice though.

I think I'm going to give it a try. It's only 270 shipped (military discount). That's almost the price of the accufab TB by it's self.

well I am on my 3rd cue ball shift **** from them, the first one had stripped threads right out of the box, the second one when I was shifting on the highway the threaded metal insert on the billiard ball decide to separate itself from the threaded metal insert (****ing scary). So far the third one is still ok only time will tell.

I also have their fire wall adjuster for the clutch cable, when it first came out of the box it worked fine now about a year later when I want to adjust my cable the knurled adjuster is extremely difficult to turn, its almost as if its seized up or binding somewhere, I believe its made of aluminum.

None of things are major, the overall part is good but its all the little things that add up and are annoying or pretty dangerous.
