I don't know why people are so cheap... It has a lot of great mods. I don't get it, but around here you would get $8500 I say if you can get it for 8k you would be fine. Just because everyone else wants to get a car dirt cheap doesnt mean you can. I was looking for quite a while to find a nice car and I got a good running 01' GT with almost no mods 67k for $7500 and it took a while to find.

yes, but how long ago did you buy it? also, everyone knows that you cant buy parts and install them on a car and expect to get the full value for those parts when you goto sell it. lets be realistic here.

now, from my POV... mod-wise, ive done everything (plus a bit more, that tuning sh*t aint cheap!) that guy has done, other than paint job (which isn't even great now with the rock chips and dent) and rims/suspension. when i purchased the car (bone stock 02 gt 5sp 96k miles, except for mufflers), after taxes i spent right under $8k and have spent ~$1500 on mods, not including the stereo system ive yet to install (~$500). from that perspective, i think you'd do better finding a stock one and doing all the mods yourself. if thats not the route you wanna go, then this is a great car to get, just way too overpriced.

This is why i started this thread. Because you are in the same general area as me and i do believe people around here would pay more for a modded car. Mostly because there aren't that many modded or exotic cars around here. But i would have trouble paying 9000 for a 10 year old car with 93k miles

I agree, people should not expect to get a 100% return on whatever they put on their car. Maybe 20-30% of original price, depending on how old.?? I think this would be a great car for me, because i do have plans to do all of these sort of mods, and if i have supporting mods already in place, the f/i is a lot closer than with a stock car.

I had little ****ers bitching about me having my price set a 6k firm when I had my GT for sale. Mine has basically the same exact mods minus the FR500's and clutch, if I couldnt even get 6k for mine theres no way this thing is worth a penny over 7k.

He doesnt even have good tires on it, piece of crap sumitomos. That should make the car automatically fall in value by 5k.

Do you really think its worth only that much?? I guess it is a 2000 but it looks like its in great condition. But, i guess if that is what the market is like in your situation, then maybe i should take that into serious consideration........

how many miles and what year is your car?
