Default what is the difference?

between these two part numbers for slp midpipes:

SLE-M31034 and SLE-M31032

I am assuming one has hi-flow cats and the other doesn't

One (SLE-M31034) is a "shorty" X-pipe for use with long tube headers, the other (SLE-M31032) is a regular length X-pipe for use with the stock exhaust manifold or "shorty" headers.

BTW, there is not such thing as "high-flow" catalytic converters, except in the mind of marketing departments--here's a good article about same...
