Default Hood scoop

is $134.00 shipped a good deal for a pre painted hood scoop?
I have been looking for one for a long time for 2000 gt it has been hard to find one in my color, Amazon green.

i got a painted cobra side skirt for 163 shipped from tousley ford. call them and ask for their price to compare.

So do you guys think I should get it to make the GT look more like a GT or is it just a waist of $$. I am a little nervous about drilling holes in my hood and screwing it up

you could buy a whole hood, with a hood scoop already on it, for $110 from certifit... i dunno how much it would cost to paint, but it sounds like a rip off to me

Hey man I would just buy a Hood with the hood scoop attached... It want cost that much and IMO it will look better..

yeah but how crap is the fit for 110? thats on the cheap side for a hood.

all their parts are made to OEM specs. i will probably purchase one within the next year, but right now i am way more focused on performance parts. don't knock it til you try it.

also, they offer a full refund on their products for an unlimited amount of time, provided you did not damage/modify the part, and provided you kept the receipt. therefore, if your not satisifed with the fit, you can always return it.
