Question Getting a Tune

Well ordered my parts. Got magnaflow x-pipe with cats and borla s type catbacks. Steeda weld on sub frame connectors. Trick flow 70mm plenum/TB combo. Already have on the K&N FIPKII. Been told that I will need a tune. Is this something that I can do by purchasing a tuner? Where can I go to get a tune if not? Im located in Monroe, MI if anyone knows of a reputable place around me or within an hour drive or so that I can have this done. How do I start looking for places? Just anyone with a dyno or any car repair shop? Dealer? Again prolly a stupid question but im new to the car scene. Thanks for any help!
