im piecing together a vortech kit and im looking for a fuel pump. i've heard of people using the ford svt fuel pump. but i was looking at a walbro 255 too. i heard some bad things about the walbro being crap so i was wondering which one i should get.

 

well your choice is simple, you CANNOT use a walbro fuel pump because its for a return style fuel system, we have returnless on the 99+ cars.

 

why does walbro make a pump for us then? but i guess i wont get it. svt focus pump will work just fine correct?

Ive never heard of walbro being crap before. They make the factory return style pumps for ford.

 

no one said walbro were crap... reguardless i was not aware walbro made a returnless pump for the 99+'s unless thats a fairly new product. i'd verify its returnless with the part number emailing walbro cuz alot of websites are stupid and advertise the wrong things.

 

What would happen if u put a return style fuel pump on a returnless?

 

well the only reason i heard they where crap was because they dont work with our cars.
