Talking Back in the mix w/98'Mustang GT

Its been a while.I had to let my 07'Grabber GT go last Fall because I needed to keep my health insurance going. I really miss that ride but I always had my likes for the 94-98' GTs. I found a one owner 98' GT coupe, automatic(Rio red) in pretty decent shape for not a lot of money. The body.interior and drive train are in excellent condition. The paint has some road rash but in really good shape. It needs tires,a drop and an axle back exhaust system for starters. It sits pretty high. I really happy with my find and hope to learn more about these cars as longs as people quit asking me if its for sale. I've had a lot of interest in the two days of ownership.
I received a 94' Camaro a couple of weeks ago for helping a friend sell a 69'427 4 spd. Vette but i knew this Camaro could be a stepping stone to a Mustang, then I won a really nice progressive jackpot last weekend and sold the Camaro(V-6) Thursday and picked up the Mustang Friday night. It feels so good to be in a Mustang again and this little 4.6 runs very well for stock. The price I paid was $2500.00 so having complete ownership and old man insurance make this really affordable to own. Man am I happy!
I spent all day rubbing out the paint yesterday..whew! She is red.

Congrats on getting back in a Mustang! I have a 1997 Cobra, Rio red also. It has 144k on it - I had to put another motor in it (4 valve) but it runs great now and the car is overall in good shape. Like you said, its nice to be in one with out the huge payment or a payment at all. I'm getting ready to get 3.73 gears in a few weeks which hopefully will wake the car up even more.
