I did it once, looked cool but I eventually put it back on. Sorry to say I don't have any pictures.

No new edge V6s in your area?

That's a darn shame.

I forget what spoilers the 01 GTs have, but if it is like the 99 and 00 spoiler, it is a five minute job to remove the spoiler, you'll be able to see for yourself, ableit the unsighlty holes in the top of your trunk.

Deep sockets are your friend.

I say it looks good and unique, since most GTs have a spoiler.

Just as long as no one can possibly mistake it for V6, your good.

It's hard to tell from your picture, but it looks like you have the 99 spoiler, which I think looks way better than the later pedastal spoiler.

Have you considered moving it back a couple inches?

i pulled mine off and put black plugs that are almost flat in it. you can see the ring from the spoiler weather seal if you look at it from the top though it doesnt look bad at all from the side but if you were going to a car show or smthn you may want to invest in a bit of paint for it and filler

just google pics of bullit mustangs. aside from the obvious bullit differences it will let you know the body style without spoiler look. if you use the plugs (below), then just picture 4 small flat plastic plugs. hell you can remove your spoiler in 5 minutes and get the plugs just to see what it looks like, rtv it if you do.

most ppl that fill em in do it the cheap way with plastic push plugs from oreillys and some RTV/silicone on the under side. some peoples looks fine but if your car is like mine, the spoiler rattling has eaten away a ring of paint on the top of my trunk. so if i remove my spoiler and don't get the deck painted it will look like crap.
