It takes 0.0s to remove the fuel rails, to change the plugs--because you don't need to...
The only thing, other than the COPs, that needs to be removed is the intake tube--the boots and conductor springs are sufficiently flexible to get the COPs out without removing the fuel rail.
When re-installing the COPs be gentle when tightening the mounting screws--the COP will not be held tightly in place by the screw (they are free to move about a bit), so don't try to clamp it down 'til it is...
