Default 2 cars one squeek?

oso when i drive down the road in my 2004 mustang gt vert i hear a squeeking sound which sounds m the passenger side back area and my girlfriends 98 mustang v6 has the same sound in the same spot. what could this be a wheel bearing maybe? and if it is a wheel bearing is it an easy fix or would it be better to just pay someone else to do it?
