Default Dissapointing 1/4 mile times :(

Well boys went to the track this weekend. Weather was perfect 60 degrees and sunny...wish i could say my runs were perfect.

Well i made 9 passes total. Worst being 14.2 @ 100 w/ a 2.3 60ft and best being a 13.5 @ 102 w/ a 2.1 60ft. Couldn't get my launch down...just spun like a **** off the line.

Guess thats what i get for running stock suspension w/ prokit and street tires. I couls get the "slipping" of the clutch down.

Had a blast...but deserve to be punched in the face lol

Here's my best run...gives you an idea of how my day was...

The diesle was behind my gf filming so thats what that noise is haha.

Definately know what my next mods are...LCAs rearend and DRs...no doubt about it. This has opened my eyes haha.

I want to spend $5k+ and run 14s lol

On a serious note trapping 102 when you weren't spinning (from what I could tell) down the track isn't good.

With some tires and suspension I'm sure you'll hit 12s. Launching takes practice. You'll get the hang of it.

Well the closest one to me is like 1.5 hours away...kind of a "country" track lol. Idk so track prep wasn't the best. Everyone had crapy 60fts.

Yea i had fun...but it sucked just not runnin what i wanted to. I think imma bump up the rev limiter too...cuz my last run i started shiftin at like 6700 and it was still pullin great.

That last run i was peddeling off the line to keep from spinning too much lol...so yea it was a 2.1 60ft.
