Another tire thread, i know
Sorry guys, i know this has been covered before but i respect everyone's opinion and i believe everyone has a different situation. So....
Today i washed, clay'd and waxed the car. Everything was goin well until i was shining up the rims and noticed a nail in the rear tire. I have MAYBE 10% tread left on all the tires, so i called the bank aka Dad, and he said he'd pay for half right now.
Keep in mind i might have to drive this thing thru the winter again, and Nebraska has some crappy winters.
My options
NT555 (summer tire)
or
an all-season tire i.e. Goodyear Eagle GT/Continental Extreme Contact/ etc.
What would you guys do? These 3 tire options are all around $500 for the set of four

i would go with the continental extreme contact dws i work at discount tire and we have sold alot of them and everyone that has bought them so far has had good luck. i put a set on an 03 cobra and he said he wouldn't put a different tire on it
Hmmmm, interesting. Do you guys sell the NT555's?
I haven't had any experience with any nittos, but after driving my friend's 06' GT with about 350 rwhp riding on BFG KDW I fell in love. They have a bit of road noise at speed, but between exhaust and radio you cant hear it. They were amazing for driving on the street, and in Las Vegas the slightest bit of rain makes the roads so slick and these kept hooking. He never took it down the 1/4 but on the street they would hook better than I could of imagined. IMO
I got around 25-30k miles on mine. I bought them used and they had about 12k miles on them and they still looked new. Now I have NT05's and they are smooth as butter, handle well, and they are at about 8k miles and they have about half tread on them.
